Weekend and night cover is commissioned by the Wiltshire Primary Care Trust. Doctors employed by the Wiltshire Medical Services provide the services. They are based in the Greenways Business Park, Chippenham, telephone 0300 111 5717.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call
NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
NHS Walk-in Centres
There are two facilities in the area if you need treatment or advice for minor or routine conditions such as coughs and colds, rashes, vomiting or diarrhoea, minor infections, emergency contraception, cuts and wounds etc.
Both are run by experienced nurses and no appointment is necessary.
